Yes, the Gold Flake Spray Paint shown in the sample picture was applied over a black base coat. Nothing has changed—we still recommend black underneath for the fullest, most dramatic gold-flake appearance.
In the sample picture is the GOLD FLAKE spray paint over a black base coat ???
I've got a skate board deck to paint as a "Best Paint" trophy for a local car show and was going to be using the Gold Flake Spray Paint then clear over it and do some airbrush graphics .... In the sample picture did you guys spray that over a black base coat ???? I want the full gold flake look so I'm making sure which color base will work the best..... I know typically for your guys flake you recommend it over a black base coat so I'm making sure nothing has changed with the spray paint rattle cans.
