LiME LiNE Custom Paint - Hazardous Material Return Policy

Hazardous Material Return Policy:
Due to federal shipping regulations and safety requirements, hazardous material products, including but not limited to paints, aerosols, reducers, activators, clear coats, primers, and solvents, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return requests for hazardous material products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at LiME LiNE Custom Paint's sole discretion. Approval of a return request is not guaranteed.

Return Shipping:
LiME LiNE Custom Paint does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for hazardous material products.

If a return is approved, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the products are packaged, labeled, documented, and shipped in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, carrier, and hazardous material transportation regulations.

Restocking Fees:
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Additional deductions may apply if products are opened, used, damaged, missing components, improperly packaged, contaminated, expired, returned outside the approved return window, or otherwise unable to be resold as new inventory.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned products have been received, inspected, and approved. The amount refunded, if any, will be determined based on the condition of the returned products and their ability to be resold.

Leakage, Damage, and Shipping Liability:
Customers are responsible for ensuring any approved hazardous material return is properly packaged for transportation.

LiME LiNE Custom Paint is not responsible for leaks, spills, damage, contamination, carrier refusals, regulatory violations, environmental claims, shipping delays, or disposal costs resulting from customer-packaged return shipments.

Any return shipment that arrives damaged, leaking, improperly packaged, or in violation of hazardous material shipping regulations may be refused, disposed of, or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Non Returnable Conditions:
• Custom mixed paint products
• Custom filled aerosol products
• Opened or used hazardous material products
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Products returned in violation of hazardous material shipping regulations

By purchasing hazardous material products from LiME LiNE Custom Paint, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
