LiME LiNE Custom Paint - Hazardous Material Return Policy

Return Timeframes:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims for shortages, shipping damage, defects, incorrect items, or order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made outside these timeframes may be denied at LiME LiNE Custom Paint's sole discretion.

Hazardous Material Products:

Due to federal shipping regulations and safety requirements, hazardous material products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return requests for hazardous material products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at LiME LiNE Custom Paint's sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.

Return Shipping:

LiME LiNE Custom Paint does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for hazardous material products. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and compliance with hazardous material shipping regulations.

Restocking Fees:

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Additional deductions may apply if products are opened, used, damaged, contaminated, improperly packaged, or otherwise unable to be resold as new inventory.

Leakage, Damage, and Shipping Liability:

Customers are responsible for properly packaging approved hazardous material returns. LiME LiNE Custom Paint is not responsible for leaks, spills, damage, contamination, carrier refusals, regulatory violations, or disposal costs resulting from customer-packaged return shipments.

Non Returnable Conditions:
• Custom mixed paint products
• Custom filled aerosol products
• Opened or used hazardous material products
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Products returned in violation of hazardous material shipping regulations

By purchasing hazardous material products from LiME LiNE Custom Paint, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
